Urbanfit Trainers are qualified as CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaches (corrective holistic exercise kineisiology)

What does this mean?

We can look at the underlying causes of illness, fatigue and stress, considering the body as a “system of systems.” Using an Urbanfit coach, you will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise

You will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. Your trainer will give you in-depth questionnaires as to assess your readiness for change and the appropriate steps to take.

Ask yourself the following questions

  • Do you eat vegetables with less than 2 meals daily?
  • Do you drink tap water?
  • Do you eat more or less when stressed or not stressed?
  • Do you lose more than two days of work a year due to illness?
  • Do you commonly go to bed after 10.30pm?
  • Do you frequently skip meals?
  • Do you experience lower abdominal bloating?
  • Do you have dark circles and/ or puffiness under your eyes?
  • Do you tend to have a hard time staying awake in the afternoon after eating lunch?
  • Do you wake up feeling tired or in need of more sleep?
