Ingredients
150g Organic British strawberries chopped up
50g Organic British raspberries
200ml Ice cold raw organic milk(organic skimmed, rice, or organic soya milk if
you prefer)
75g Organic live yoghurt
1 teaspoon linseeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
2 ice cubes
