  • Plan your exercise diary and make sure it is varied and simulating!
  • Plan your food for the week rather than shopping day by day. Make sure it is well balanced and preferably organic.
  • Never do your food shop when you are really hungry.
  • Limit the amount (preferably cut out) of processed food you eat. Healthy food ensures you maintain a healthy body
  • Keep well hydrated with water and cut down on the caffeine and alcohol. 1.5 – 2.0 litres per day.
  • Cut down and aim to cut out sugary drinks and snacks.
  • Avoid poor quality ready meals and take away foods, you know what you eating if you made it!
  • Think about skin products, make-up and deodorants are all absorbed into your body. Use organic products.
  • Eat small meals little and often rather than 3 large meals a day.
  • Get to bed on time! Our body needs to rest after a busy day, especially if we are keeping to our health and fitness plan. Try to be in bed by 10.30 p.m
