Steve Hitchcock

For me personal training, fitness and healthy living is about achieving the goals you have set yourself and having fun in the process. I also strongly believe in having a healthy body relates to a healthy mind.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients and have worked with people of all ages and abilites. From coaching childrens football and rugby clubs through to training pre and post natal Mums to get into shape and competitive athletes who wish to shave seconds of their personal best. With the right motivation and direction everyone can reach their true potential.

Nutrition is a big part of being healthy and having a villa in Southern Italy has taught me the true meaning of natural produce.
