30 minutes FREE consultation. Each new client will receive a free 30 min consultation with his or her Urbanfit trainer. This can be at home, at work or a local café. This will be a chance to get to know each other before your first session and find out how your sessions will be structured. Your first session will be an assessment with your trainer and following that you will be following your prescribed programme. All new clients require a full assessment and goal setting session Each of your sessions are for 1 hour. |

| ASSESSMENT & PROGRAMME PACKAGE for those who wish to train on their own DetailsIf you think you have the motivation to do it on your own, or are working towards a specific goal on a budget we are happy to help! We will assess you and then write your programme. You can contact our trainers when its time to update your progamme and we will write you a new one.
