My reasons for setting up Urbanfit where simple. To provide a unique service where I could educate people on how to live a happy, healthy and active life through exercise, nutrition, holistic living and a positive mental attitude, regardless of their age, income or physical ability. In 2005 Urbanfit was born in Sussex.
I have always had a love for being outdoors in all weather conditions, this has enabled me to take full advantage of being healthy and active wherever I have lived. I like to relay this passion to my clients and encourage them to make use of their stimulating environment to reach optimal health and wellbeing whilst also being in tune with the seasonal changes in their surroundings.
I enjoy my work with my clients whose goals vary considerably. My daily schedule can include working with marathon runners, premier league netball players, under 16 elite tennis players, triathletes, mums to be, new mums, new dads, grandparents and many clients who just want to be healthier and happier!
