My passion for exercise started way back with an oversized leotard and my mum's Jane Fonda workout cassette. At University, this healthy curiosity for fitness became a fun way of funding various travelling adventures. Now, as a Personal Trainer and Holistic life coach, health and well-being is not only my biggest passion, but it is a way of life.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy their body and to feel happy with who they are. For some that means fitting into a favourite pair of jeans, for others, it's getting through the game on a Sunday, or a day at work without back pain. Maybe you want to run a marathon, reduce fat, or gain muscle; perhaps you simply want to boost your energy levels or increase self confidence?

Lily first qualified as a Fitness Professional at University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000. Since then she has trained and worked across the globe from London to Melbourne with some of the world's best known fitness organisations, including The Australian Institute of Fitness, Gold's Gym, Fitness First, and The C.H.E.K (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute. Lily's personal achievements include the New York Marathon, the Monaco Ironman 70.3 and numerous triathlons.
Lily believes in getting results through a programme which addresses lifestyle, nutrition and exercise. Lily is a C.H.E.K Holistic Life Coach I, and Fourth Dimension Holistic Life Coach. Lily's specialities include postural realignment through corrective exercise, functional strength training, endurance training, well-being and weight loss.
