Whilst studying English Literature at University, my enthusiasm for exercise was a fun way of funding various travelling adventures, as i instructed my way around the globe. Now, as a Personal Trainer and Holistic lifestyle coach, health and well-being is not only my biggest passion, but it is a way of life.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy their body and to feel happy with who they are. For some that means fitting into a favourite pair of jeans, for others, it's getting through the game on a Sunday, or a day at work without back pain. Maybe you want to run a marathon or take part in your first triathlon. Perhaps your goal is to reduce fat, or gain muscle; perhaps you simply want to boost your energy levels or increase self confidence?
All you have to do is commit to making it happen. I will provide the structure, knowledge and motivation to get you there.
