Urbanfit is a unique and affordable personal training service that is tailored to your individual health and fitness requirements and helping you to achieve your goals. We are based in Brighton, and work within the Sussex and Surrey areas.

Urbanfit offers you a strictly confidential service, you will have the full support of your personal trainer. You can call or email your trainer at any time and they will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.

Our surrounding environment is the ideal backdrop for providing fun and stimulating training sessions. Our beaches, countryside and parks are the perfect training arena, helping to energise and invigorate us. We can also train within the privacy of your own home or workplace. We have access to selected gyms in your area.

A combination of fitness, lifestyle assessment and nutritional advice, will allow our trainers to positively change your health from day one.
